As one of the largest criminal defence firms in Hampshire and Sussex, Rowe Sparkes Partnership operates at the cutting edge of the legal system. We specialise in criminal and regulatory litigation, and we have gained a reputation as fierce and effective lawyers. We defend clients in cases from road traffic offences to murder.
Rowe Sparkes Partnership was formed in 2000 by Kate Rowe and Tim Sparkes, based in Havant and specialising in criminal defence work. Since that time the firm has expanded to a 4 partner firm with offices in Havant, Portsmouth, Southampton and Portchester. In 2001 Bill Ashworth joined the firm and became a partner in 2003.
In 2007 we took over the criminal department of Warner Goodman LLP and Michael McGoldrick joined as partner. We are now one of the largest criminal defence firms in Hampshire and Sussex, and we cover a wide area, from Chichester in the East through to Bournemouth in the West. In July 2010 we expanded and new offices were opened in Southampton and Portchester.
We undertake both publicly funded work, otherwise known as legal aid, as well as privately paying work and we offer a free initial interview.
